Grandview Rush Hour Rally

  • Columbus, Ohio, 43212 United States (map)

Join us in standing up for our future and protesting the Trump administration’s reckless economic policies that put profit over people. His massive tax cuts for the ultra-wealthy will explode the national deficit, opening the door to devastating cuts to Medicaid, SNAP, Social Security, education, research and more—the very lifelines and services millions of families depend on. Tariffs and trade wars will spike prices on groceries, clothing, and everyday goods, squeezing working families while small businesses fight to stay afloat. His harsh immigration policies are also draining our workforce, hurting industries like agriculture, construction, and hospitality that keep our economy moving. These aren’t distant policy choices—they mean higher bills, fewer resources, job losses and harder decisions for ordinary Americans. Raise your voice and demand an economy that works for everyone, not just the rich and powerful.

Organized by Grandview Ignite.

Signage recommendations: During our weekly rallies our goal is to reach out to as many people as possible (D’s, R’s & undecided voters) as they drive by. Keep your sentences short so that car occupants can read them as they drive by. Please, focus your messages on the negative economic impacts of the Big Beautiful Bill, the negative impacts of the Immigration policies, and the negative impacts of the import Tariffs will all have on the lives of everyday Americans rather than attacking Trump himself. We do not want to lower ourselves to his gutter level. Truth to power is what we are after. Here are a few examples: • Medicaid cuts = insurance & medicine costs skyrocket. • ICE raids = Tearing apart families. • Tariffs = Tax on all of us!

Parking is available in the closed Big Lot store lot located at the corner of Grandview Avenue & W. 5th Avenue (43212). Please do not park in front of the Grandview Merchantile store.
