June is for Registering Voters at Pride Parades!
June is a fabulous month for Pride celebrations across Central Ohio, and Pride celebrations are a great place to register voters! If you have been trained to do voter registration, now is your chance to get out, get active, and do your part to build the wave we need to elect the candidates who will save our democracy. And if you haven't been trained yet, we can get you up to speed with a mini-training any time!
We have sign up geniuses already created for Pride celebrations coming up the weekend of June 4-5 and for the Columbus Pride Parade June 18. Take a look at this list and then sign up at the links – or check out the one sign up that will list all our VR events for the summer. Additional sign ups will be posted every week!
June Pride Events!
Delaware Pride: Saturday, June 4th, 10am-7pm, 154 W William St, Delaware. Voter Registration is being organized by Indivisible Delaware: "We will be there from 10a-7p with 3 hour shifts. Email us at indivisibledelawareohio@gmail.com if you’d like to help register voters."
Worthington Pride: Sunday, June 5th, 12-6pm, Worthington Village Green. Sign up for a VR shift HERE.

Plan Ahead to Register Voters with us June 18!
The Columbus Pride Parade is our most important event of the year! We're looking to get 60 volunteers deployed strategically along every block of the Columbus Pride parade route. Pride parade volunteers will receive special training for "Vote Tripling" so you can help empower more voters to get out the vote for midterms 2022.
Note the times in the sign up depend on the position along the route (early times at the staging area, later times further along the route). We have four slots per block, and will expect volunteers to divide up between east and west sides of the street.
ORANGE SHIRTS are greatly preferred for this event so we have a strong and highly visible presence on every block. We will let you know how to get a shirt when you sign up!
Please sign up and recruit a friend! We will reach out to everyone who signs up about supplies and vote-tripling training.
