Summer Voter Registration Activities Begin!
With everything happening in the world today, making sure folks are registered (and motivated) to vote could not possibly be more important. Voter registration is one of OH12’s areas of special skill and focus. We are eager to get started, and hope you are too. Here’s what we have going to make sure you are ready and able to get out there with your clipboards!
Voter Registration Training and Refresher with Mia and Barb
Join Mia and Barb for a voter registration training and refresher course so you'll be ready to hit the spring and summer events with your VR clipboard! Whether you are a novice or just need a touch up, we’ll make sure you are confident and ready to go. Tuesday, May 10, 7-8pm. Register HERE.
Voter Registration Event Sign UP Genius
To make it easy to sign up for voter registration events, Barb has created ONE SIGN UP that will have all the events for the entire spring and summer season. Each week we’ll retire the expired events and add new ones. You just need to bookmark this sign up site once and you’ll be set! You can also access the sign up at bit.ly/VoterReg22.

Farmers markets: Looking for Leaders!
There are a number of neighborhood farmers and other markets that meet regularly over the summer. What works well is when one person takes charge and organizes VR at one market for the whole summer—even if they can’t be there every week themselves. Some markets we aim to hit every week, others only a few times. Here are some where we are looking for a leader: Pearl St Market; Worthington; Food Not Bombs; Bronzeville; Grove City; Hilliard; and Franklin Park Conservatory. If you have questions or are interested in taking charge, please contact Mary Klain at clovis70@hotmail.com.
Don’t forget: One bitly for the whole season: bit.ly/VoterReg22
